Membership Interested in joining our state chapter? Be a part of our statewide effort to promote the field of natural health. Fellowship with like-minded individuals. Protect your health freedom. Join Certified Natural Health Professionals today! To qualify for membership you must have attended at least one CNHP seminar in the last twelve months. Membership is $25.00 a year. To join, complete the form on page four of the membership packet (see below) and send your check payable to the South Carolina Chapter CNHP along with the form to: South Carolina Chapter CNHP
